Founded in 2018, we started with a simple mission: to create upper-limb solutions that restore functionality and confidence for upper-limb patients across healthcare systems, beginning in emerging markets and conflict zones where access to advanced care is still limited.

We have always focused on turning complex technology into practical tools for patients and clinicians. Over the years, our innovations have expanded to smart sensor systems that enhance healthcare worldwide.

Today, Vulcan Augmetics supports clinics and patients in 17+ countries as a fully certified medical device manufacturer.

OUR JOURNEY

Vulcan launched the Mark 9.7 Flex Hand – the first Vulcan Multi Grip Myoelectric Hand in 2021. One year later Vulcan released the Mark 9.9 hand – with a lighter, stronger, easier to maintain design, and the Myo Band – the Exclusive Smart Sensor Technology that has given Vulcan an unique position within the myoelectric and bionic arm industry and with our clients. From 2023 till now, Vulcan has expanded globally with orders from Singapore, Malaysia, India, Cambodia, Poland, Iraq, and more…

2018: Foundation

Vulcan Augmetics
began its journey with a small team of engineers and founders.

2022: First Sensor Band

Launched the MyoBand, Vulcan’s first EMG control solution using a wearable band, receiving positive feedback from patients in Vietnam.

2023: Global Reach Begins

Expanded into major international markets including India, bringing Vulcan prosthetic solutions to more patients.

2024: Growing International Presence

CE Certification and continued global expansion to countries such as Ukraine, Egypt, and Turkey, connecting with more clinics and patients worldwide.

2025: Complete Upper-Limb Ecosystem

- Introduced full Vulcan upper-limb packages for transradial and transhumeral cases
- Successfully entered over 10 countries
